Mold construction

The company Nardello Stampi s.r.l. has at its disposal a fleet of machines that allows it to produce molds of considerable size up to a maximum weight of 16 tons and maximum dimensions in plan of 2800mm x 1600mm.
To date, the company has 6 numerically controlled milling machines for both 3 and 5 axes, also with continuous movement, 2 electro-erosion machines with numerical control and other machines for specific operations such as drilling or grinding.
Currently the staff, made up of 14 specialized employees, allows the creation of important batches of molds in short times.
In addition to designing and manufacturing new molds, the company offers many of its customers a qualified and fast service for the maintenance and repair of molds.
